Up for sale is a brand new pre-wired pickguard with a set of 3 genuine Fender Custom Shop’69 pickups initialed, and dated by Abby (Abigail Ybarra). If you know it, Abby has been working at Fender Custom Shop and has hand wired pickups for numerous great guitar players since the 60s including Jimi Hendrix himself. This listing is for regular 11 hole pickguard, and it will fit all Fender American, Mexico, Japanese, and Custom Shop strat with 11 mounting screw holes. Some hole pattern and color customization may involve surcharge. Fender Stratocaster 1983 1984 loaded pickguard Vintage Strat pickups, COMPLETE

Fender USA 1983 / 1984 Stratocaster loaded pickguard. If you are going to restore that old Strat, you might as well do it right! This is one of those parts I can never keep in stock – it always sells very quickly. Up for sale is this vintage “loaded” pickguard for a Fender USA 1983 or 1984 “two-knob” Stratocaster. All the parts on this pickguard (except the jack) are the originals from a 1983 Fullerton, California USA Strat. The vintage Fender USA pickups read the usual resistances (5.65 Kohms, 5.76k, and 5.71k at the bridge) and have the code on the back (016730) and light blue and white wires that identify them as the real McCoy. It’s especially ideal for those who aren’t great at soldering. Condition: Excellent, with very light wear. There’s not many of the usual pickmarks you see on vintage pickguards, and its color is only slightly off-white, as are the other plastic parts. There are no cracks, breaks, or any damage to the guard. The pickups look excellent, and all work as well as new. All controls function well too, with no noise, and the wiring is factory stock and unmolested. Note the “JC” signature on the back, from famed Custom Shop Master Builder John Cruz! The knobs are not the originals, but they are a perfect match so I have left them on. Overall, this is a great-sounding collection of vintage parts in outstanding shape. Installation Notes: Although intended for a 1983 or 1984 Fender USA Strat restoration, this part will fit any standard Stratocaster body. It couldn’t be easier to install – screw the ground wire onto the body, and screw on the pickguard. That’s it – no soldering required! This is NOT a lot to ask! I’m not a faceless business but a life-long guitarist who can give you the personal touch. Most important, I’m happy to share my knowledge and help my customers with their parts installation. You MUST notify me of a problem within 7 days of receipt, and return the item within 14 days of receipt. That seems only fair. I accept the fact that people make mistakes. 2006 Fender Stratocaster pickguard assembly. 3-Ply “Parchment White” color (W/B/W) pickguard (has “yellowed” with age). Fender SCN (Samarium Cobalt Noiseless) middle & neck pickups. Includes all mounting screws and original tremolo cover shown. Awesome pickguard with excellent tone. Bridge humbucker in combo with the single coil pickups gives you a lot of great tonal options. The SCN pickups give you the classic bell tones without the 60-cycle hum plus almost zero magnetic interruption of the string path. So, yes they are pretty great pickups. The pickguard and tremolo cover have “yellowed” quite a bit in the exposed areas with age, but it kind of looks cool like that to me. Fully tested an no issues with any of the parts or components. I just cleaned the pots and switch so it’s ready to solder up, and drop in!
