Prewired Strat Pickguard SSS. 3 Ply Red Pearl Guard w/ Cream Pickups. Great for clean, modern tone. Solid upgrade featuring quality components at an affordable price. Dragonfire Prewired Pickguard, Strat SSS. Prewired on a Fender U. /Mexican retrofit pickguard for Fender Standards 2002 & Newer USA/MIM. Not for Squier, Custom or Artist Series, Floyd Rose or any other non-standard builds. One volume and two tone controls. 3 Full-Size (Quarter Size) Long 250K Pots. 1 B / Linear Volume Pot. 2 A / Audio Tone Pots. 3 Dragonfire Standard Passive Ceramic Modern Wound Single Coil Pickups. Ceramic magnet style w/ slug style STAGGERED poles (may require string height adjustment to your preferences). Wax potted Bridge, Middle & Neck passive Strat 2-wire pickups. 52mm string spacing for all positions. 5-Way Blade Switch w/. Standard Strat 5-Way Switching. Position 1 = Full Bridge. Position 2 = Full Bridge + Full Middle. Position 3 = Full Middle. Position 4 = Full Middle + Full Neck. Position 5 = Full Neck. 2 Standard Chiclet Tone Caps (0.022 Style). No diagrams or instructions are included. Soldering is required for installation. This loaded guard will come with three open wires. Red is hot and is soldered to the tip of your jack (not included). Both blacks are grounds. One is soldered to the jack sleeve and the other is grounded to your trem/bridge. Take your time for installation; do not use power tools and do not over-tighten screws or other components. Take care not to have your iron too hot as excessive or prolonged heat contact may damage components.
