This Loaded Stratocaster SSS pickguard features Alnico 5, hand-wound vintage, 50s vibe pickups wound and assembled entirely by me. It’s a drop-in replacement for most modern Strats. Just solder the output jack and you’re ready to play. I hand-wind every coil myself in small batches, chasing that clean, airy, bell-like Strat tone I’ve always loved. I gig with the same pickups I sell and I’m constantly tinkering with Strats. This is not a kit full of cheap parts, it’s a lovingly built piece of gear made in short runs, one at a time. You’ll hear the difference: classic Strat chime, great definition, and touch-sensitive response. The pickguard has old white knobs and covers on black. Rockin’ the David Gilmour look.
