This is a pre-wired pickguard designed to the specs of the famous Fender Lone Star guitar. Our pre-wired pickguard has supreme sound quality because it is made of USA pickups and parts. 2001 Fender American Lonestar Stratocaster Assembly. 4-ply Pickguard and Tremolo Cover are “Tortoise” in color. Complete mounting screws set. American Lonestar Stratocaster prewired pickguard assembly (not to be confused with the newer model Lonestar, which was made in Mexico). Complete original assembly, down to the Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates Plus bridge humbucker to the Fender Custom Shop Texas Specials middle and neck pickups. As you can imagine, it’s got great tone! The pickguard has marks from use and some of the screw heads finish has tarnished with age but no functional issues. The pickups sound amazing and the pots and switch do not “crackle” and have been cleaned, ready to install. Includes the tremolo cover and mounting screws pictured. 1975 / 1976 Fender Stratocaster loaded pickguard, original vintage Strat pickups

1975 Fender USA Stratocaster loaded pickguard. Will also do nicely for the 1976 Stratocaster. If you are looking to restore a 1975 or 1976 Strat to collectible condition you can’t do any better than this complete assembly of vintage parts. I’ll list this for one month ONLY before splitting it up for its parts. It’s especially ideal for those who aren’t great at soldering. And here’s the pitch to your wife! : having a completely original Strat greatly increases its resale value. All the components work as well as new. There is no sign of rust or corrosion anywhere. The pickguard has very light wear, with minimal pickmarks. No major scratches, gouges, breaks, cracks, or other wear is present on it. The sound is classic vintage Strat. The pots (all with clear 1975 date codes) are in near-mint shape – astounding for their 44-year-old age! I still have the original switch, but it is unusable. All the wiring is factory original and totally unmolested (except for the switch, of course). The knobs are not the original parts; I have those up for sale separately on this website – see my other listings. Overall, this collection of 1975 Fender parts is in astonishing shape for its age. If you have any Fender USA Stratocaster, installing this part couldn’t be easier. Simply solder up the bridge’s ground wire and the output wire from your jack to the volume pot, screw on the pickguard, and you’re done! Although obviously intended for a vintage Stratocaster restoration, this part will fit any standard Fender USA Stratocaster body. See my other listings for more vintage Fender parts.
