The cool thing about this pickguard is the two toggle switches, one of them is a Gilmour 7 way switch that allows you to combine neck and bridge pickups or use all three pickups at the time time. The other switch is coil split for the pickups. The combination of the two switches will give you a lot more tones! Please see the photo for the positions of the two toggle switches. We can also do any 11 hole pickguard, or 8 hole pickguard, or 62 hole pattern as you want. Everything coming with the pickguard is brand new top quality parts. Brand new Fender 60s style 5 way toggle switch. Brand new Fender CTS pots (top quality, if you know them), turns extremely smoothly. The same American-made top quality cotton wrapped (shielded) wires used in Fender Custom Shop (Double-cloth jacket has a waxed cotton outer braid and a Celanese inner braid just like Leo used). High quality no lead soldering tin free from oxidation (the same used on high end stereo system). So all you need to do is connect these two wires to your output jack. The Everything Axe set for Strat, pre-loaded into a white, three-ply pickguard that will add a ton of versatility to your guitar. Bridge model will take your Strats bridge position to a whole new level. This high output single coil sized humbucker will give you nice crunchy chords, and screaming lead tone with that classic upper midrange cut. There will be tons of bright harmonic sparkle, and a tight focused low end. The middle position Duckbucker there to add that sparkly single coil tone in positions 2, 3, & 4. Its unique, split-pole pattern with 3 poles on each coil, also contributes to the single coil bounciness and snappy low end. The Little 59 in the neck position has a nice, balanced P. Like response for big, full chords, and fat, punchy solos. Has that pleasing blend of warmth and bite when you dig in. Hand built in Santa Barbara, CA, these pickups come with a 4-conductor lead wire, and are wax potted for squeal free operation. The pots, selector switch, and cap, are all high quality, and we use vintage style cloth push back wire for all of the connections. This white, 3-ply pickguard uses an 11-screw hole “USA” pattern.
