Fender Stratocaster Pickups & Loaded Pickguard – Made in Mexico. Original Fender Stratocaster pickups and pickguard assembly, removed from a 1996 Made in Mexico Stratocaster. This is a classic SSS configuration, mounted to a white pickguard with Fender knobs and switch. Pickups are original Fender MIM single coils and are ideal for a traditional Strat build or restoration project. Wiring leads are intact as shown. Fender Stratocaster pickups (3 single coils). Made in Mexico. Original Fender knobs and switch. Removed from a 1996 MIM Strat.

This listing is for a Loaded Pickguard. It is in good working condition. At the time I tested it, neither the pots nor switch were scratching. For your consideration is this 2015 Fender Stratocaster Standard MIM Loaded 3-Ply White SSS Pickguard with factory mounting hardware. This pickguard is in great pre-owned condition with no cracks or chips. There is some light oxidation on some of the mounting screws and pole pieces. Otherwise, it’s very clean with average pick wear. As you can see, the pickups measure 6.72k at the bridge to 6.75k middle and 6.77k in the neck. Pots range between 268.1k and 246.8k. Fender Tex-Mex Stratocaster LOADED 3-Ply Black Pickguard Back Cover USA Strat

The back cover still has the plastic on it. It’s wired up using the American Standard/Series wiring minus the no-load tone pot (instead it is three CTS 250k audio split shaft pots). Master volume and two tone pots, the bottom tone control for the bridge and middle and the 2nd tone control for the neck. If you’re unfamiliar with the Tex-Mex pickups they’re Alinco 5, vintage stagger and polysol magnet wire and overwound to roughly 7.4k bridge, 6.4k RWRP middle, and 6.4k neck. What I did here was modify the stagger, so they are now all flat and non-staggered which gives a nicer balanced output, especially on that G string pole which is no longer raised in relation to the others. In addition it’s been upgraded with a treble bleed circuit on the volume pot 1/4w 150k resister and. 001uf cap in parallel and Orange Drop. It also has the standard Oak Grigsby 5-way selector switch. Just solder three points, screw down the grounding post and you’re ready to go! It also includes all of the pickguard screws as well as the grounding claw screw, a brand new Switchcraft 11 1/4 output jack and a printout of the official Fender American Strat wiring diagram.
