I’ve been thinking about Listing this as an option for some time now and , as usual , it took a specific customer order to motivate me to actually do it. Said order started out as a query on another Listing , during which the customer suggested he may be open to swapping out his pickguard. As I happened to have a couple , in his preferred colour , in stock which IS unusual in itself! , I asked if he’d like me to build his order onto the pickguard , f o r a reasonable surcharge , shielding it in the process? He jumped at the opportunity , and the main photo’ here is the result. Custom pickguard / config’s could also be spec’d but that would require a separate Listing to take into account the extra work involved. If the interest is there? Copper tape s h i e l d i n g IS an option but there’s ZERO difference between the two , other than appearance! Silicone wire is neat , heat proof , and super flexible , and MUCH easier to work with ; capacitors come in a vast range , I have literally 1000’s in stock , and unless you specifically request a certain type / make / model , I will use whatever takes my fancy on the day. In an electric guitar , they ALL do EXACTLY the same job , some just (inevitably) cost me more to source than others. Then, of course, you have the nifty. Screw-fit solderless connectors, so you’ll be able to fit this yourself in a matter of minutes, whether you can solder or not! Now , this basic s e t u p comes as standard with Master Volume & Tone , with the Neck / Bridge Blend , whilst other versions will come with the spec. As indicated in the relevant Listing. ANY of th em can also be supplied WITHOUT the screw-fit terminal blocks if you would rather hardwire the pickups in yourself. Leftys’ also catered for. Imperial knobs WILL fit BOTH. If you are unsure I can order new knobs , in your colour choice , WITH the pickguard. Now, it saddens me that it has become neccesary for me to say this, but here it is.
