A full aluminium shield covers the entire pickguard. In addition to the use of quality components, this pickguard uses a wiring scheme that improves on the limitations of 50s Strat® wiring. The volume control features a treble bleed circuit to preserve high-end clarity throughout its rotation. Both tone controls share a 0.022µF capacitor.
