The Pickguard is equipped with a mini toggle switch. When the 5-Way Switch is in the Bridge Position the Neck and Bridge Pickups are Active. In the Middle/Bridge Position, All Pickups are Active. This is sometimes called the Gilmour Mod. Named after David Gilmour of Pink Floyd Fame. When the 5-Way Switch is in the Middle/Bridge Position, both Tone Pots are Active allowing you to blend the tone of the two Pots. And, because this has 7-Way Switching, there are even more blending options. A very nice option indeed! A Treble Bleed allows the highs to pass through the Volume pot as you roll off the Volume. What this does is keep the Brightness and the Clarity of the pickups the same as you roll down the volume. You have the same clarity and brightness at 10 as you would at 9,8,7,6 and so on. This is a super nice! The Bottom Tone Pot is a Push/Pull Pot. When the knob is pulled up it cuts the coil on the Bridge Humbucker making it a single coil. When flipped forward it splits the coil and the Dual Rail is Active. When flipped back the Alnico 5 Rod is active. This is an excellent output and tone option. Guitar Madness Stratobucker Triple Coil (Alnico 5 Rod coil & Dual Rail Ceramic Humbucker). One Alnico 5 Rod Coil and a Dual Rail Hot Ceramic Humbucker. These are excellent PUPS. A combination between a Hot Dual Rail Single coil size Humbucker and a Warm and focused Alnico 5 Pole Side makes this a very versatile PUP. I love it for leads Full or Split. Country to Metal, it will do it all. Guitar Madness 62 Z’s Alnico 5 PUPS. These are excellent sounding Alnico 5 Pickups. They have a nice vintage output. Replicated to sound like the classic 60s single coils. Surf, Country, Blues, Vintage Rock and Rock are all in this Pickups wheelhouse. One of my personal favorites. These have a nice Vintage output with the faithful sound of the true original P. Nice warm sound without sounding dark and muddy. Not shrill like Ceramics. Excellent PUP, and an excellent complement to the S-90s. Guitar Madness S-90s: (Neck & Middle). Made the same way as P-90s with two magnets on either side of the pole pieces. This gives you that extra punch and bark just like the P-90s These come with Alnico 5 magnets for a warmer more vintage-type sound. This is a great way to update your Stratocaster. Perfect for when you want to tame the monster down. Guitar Madness Hexbucker: (Bridge). Similar to the original distortion pickups from the late 70s. These are the original pickups that broke the mold and started a whole new business in replacement pickups. When split it performs just as well. Perfect match to the Single Hex’s. With fully adjustable poles it is one of my personal favorite setups. Guitar Madness Single Hex: (Neck & Middle). These have fully adjustable pole pieces and are similar in construction to the single coil size P-90s with two Ferrite magnets on either side of the poles. This gives it a nice clear and punchy sound. Excellent complement to the Hexbucker. This is a great way to update your Stratocaster. The Pickguard is equipped with a mini toggle switch. When the 5-Way Switch is in the Bridge Position the Neck and Bridge Pickups are Active. In the Middle/Bridge Position, All Pickups are Active. This is sometimes called the Gilmour Mod. Named after David Gilmour of Pink Floyd Fame. When the 5-Way Switch is in the Middle/Bridge Position, both Tone Pots are Active allowing you to blend the tone of the two Pots. And, because this has 7-Way Switching, there are even more blending options. A very nice option indeed! A Treble Bleed allows the highs to pass through the Volume pot as you roll off the Volume. What this does is keep the Brightness and the Clarity of the pickups the same as you roll down the volume. You have the same clarity and brightness at 10 as you would at 9,8,7,6 and so on. This is a super nice! The Volume Pot is a Push/Push Pot. When depress the knob and release it splits the coil on the Rail Pole Humbucker turning off the Pole side. Perfect for when you want to tame the monster down. Guitar Madness Hybrid RailPole. These are excellent PUPS. A combination between a Hot Dual Rail Single coil size Humbucker and a Warm and focused Alnico 5 Pole Side. I love it for leads Full or Split. Guitar Fetish OEM BO Hot Overwound Single Coils. These were made for a major manufacture. GFS snatched up the excess. They are very clear pickups with plenty of power. Sweet Vintage with some modern kick. One of my personal favorites. From Country to Rock they do it all. Excellent Hard Blue Pickups. This is a great way to update your Stratocaster. We only use Top-of-the-Line Components, and that makes all the difference.
