This pickguard features a 0.1 µF PIO Capacitor and is wired identical to the Fender Eric Johnson Signature Stratocaster and features Klein S-7 pickups which are modeled after the Eric Johnson Signature Strat pickups.. We began by reverse engineering a trio of pickups. The bridge is stronger and utilizes Alnico 5 vintage staggered magnets. This set is full, warm, and faithfully creates the vintage stratocaster pickups tone found in the 50’s/60’s. Handwound, RWRP middle, wax potted, & vintage cloth lead wires. Custom Semi Hollow Strat Style Cozart with Made In USA 920D 1963 Loaded Pickguard

Bought this Cozart for the semi hollow strat style body. Empress body Asian Mohogany type of wood & laminated Maple F- hole top. Have to sell a few to try a few more. I have bought about 4 of these Cozarts for the different gorgeous wood bodies & then upgrade electronics etc. If they play well. This guitar has a super nice chunkiesh rosewood neck that plays awesome; so I bought an upgraded loaded pickguard from the 920 D Made in USA Custom Shop for it to top it off w/ high end Fender electronics. Look up their site & read about them. All pickguards hand built & wired in USA to super USA vintage standards. All top shelf electrics, cloth wiring, etc. This guitar sounds like my Clapton Strat for clarity & nuance. This pickguard has 1963 Pickups with the David Gilmore upgrade of one regular tone pot; & the other tone pot turns on every combination of pickups you would want to try including all 5 settings on at once. Quite a lot of different tone combinations. Guitar has only been played a few hours tops since I bought it a little over a year ago & have so many.
