1975 Fender USA Stratocaster loaded pickguard. Will also do nicely for the 1976 Stratocaster. If you are looking to restore a 1975 or 1976 Strat to collectible condition you can’t do any better than this complete assembly of vintage parts. I’ll list this for one month ONLY before splitting it up for its parts. It’s especially ideal for those who aren’t great at soldering. And here’s the pitch to your wife! : having a completely original Strat greatly increases its resale value. All the components work as well as new. There is no sign of rust or corrosion anywhere. The pickguard has very light wear, with minimal pickmarks. No major scratches, gouges, breaks, cracks, or other wear is present on it. The sound is classic vintage Strat. The pots (all with clear 1975 date codes) are in near-mint shape – astounding for their 44-year-old age! I still have the original switch, but it is unusable. All the wiring is factory original and totally unmolested (except for the switch, of course). The knobs are not the original parts; I have those up for sale separately on this website – see my other listings. Overall, this collection of 1975 Fender parts is in astonishing shape for its age. If you have any Fender USA Stratocaster, installing this part couldn’t be easier. Simply solder up the bridge’s ground wire and the output wire from your jack to the volume pot, screw on the pickguard, and you’re done! Although obviously intended for a vintage Stratocaster restoration, this part will fit any standard Fender USA Stratocaster body. See my other listings for more vintage Fender parts.
