Donated from a lightly-played 1993 Strat Plus. This pickguard is in really excellent shape, almost mint… All you need do is to check the lettering on the sensor covers… Quite usually, these colors and the lettering are barely perceptible. The color and lettering is rich and vibrant, with no sign of wear. The Parchment pickguard is in excellent shape, and has a yellow patina that is only earned with age. This pick would look at home in ANY body you care to use it in! This combination of sensors was available on both Strat Plus and Plus Deluxe upgraded configuration (G-G-G). All this Strat Plus stuff is “vintage” now, and it’s getting harder and harder to find these parts. Because they’re already installed in guitars that are getting snapped-up by collectors. Price reduced – I want to sell this in September – make an offer! Fender Stratocaster Strat Ultra Loaded Pickguard Lace Sensors. Strat Ultra loaded pickguard from late-80’s / early-90’s. Has the very rare dual cutout for the bridge humbucker. The pickups show the readings indicated in the listing. The wire lead to the output jack is missing and no output jack is included. No pick guard screws are included. This assembly was well-loved and well-used. The pickguard is a bit more amber-coloured than is captured in the pictures, and shows signs of age is not very clean, but many buyers will prefer a relic’d look. The knob for the middle pot spins freely on the shaft and the shaft gap will have to be widened, or otherwise tightened up. The pots all turn fine. The pickups all have resistance and will work. There may be some crackles in the pots or switches that should clean up with use. Please message me for a quote. Not much else to say… Red-Silver-Blue Lace Sensors combination blew me away the first time I heard them. This combination was available as a Strat Plus “Deluxe” upgraded configuration (R-S-B), and when matched with “Deluxe” colors. Besides this specifically-configured loaded and pickguard, the only other differences between a Plus and a Plus Deluxe may have been one of several colors exclusive to the Deluxe line. I’ve seen guitars with the red and blue in either position, neck or bridge. I love the Blue at the bridge! You can make this set work either way! Donated from a lightly-played 1993 Deluxe Plus.
